3 Step Instructions For Conference Room Log-In

NOTE:  If you are using a dial-up connection, we recommend closing ALL programs except your browser, for the presentation.  This will free up "band width" and ensure better reception.  The system is designed to run in Internet Explorer.  You may experience difficulties if running in Netscape or AOL.

Enter the Conference Room Access Page by clicking on the Red Button.

If you are a GUEST log in this way:

• G (Your Name)  Example: G MaryS

If you are a MEMBER log in this way:

• M (Your Name)(Your Status)  Example: M JimB ME3

If you have a working Microphone add an * after your letter. 

• Ex: G* MaryS or M* JimB ME3

You will be led to the Synergy Room Control Panel Log-In Page.  Simply enter your name in the box shown and click on the LOGIN button.   If by chance you receive an error message that says "Alias In Use", go back and change part of your login name.  Someone is already in the room with that name.  You can capitalize, add a last initial, change your name, etc.

Voice Chat Plug-In

If it is your first time entering the room, you may have to install a Voice Chat Plug-In.  This should happen automatically and will take less than one minute depending upon your access speed.
